The Federation would like to extend a special invitation to ACCUTE graduate students and early career scholars to participate in the Federation Advocacy Forum at Congress.
The Forum will provide an opportunity for members to share their perspectives and input on a top advocacy priority for the Federation: increasing federal investment in graduate student and postdoctoral funding. FHSS particularly interested in hearing from graduate student, postdoctoral scholar, early career, and precariously employed members.
Meetings of the Federation Advocacy Forum will be held in person at Congress in Accolade West-ACW 106 on the following days:
· Sunday May 28, from 2:00-3:00 pm EDT
· Wednesday May 31, from 4:00-5:00 pm EDT
ACCUTE members’ perspectives will be vital to this discussion.
If you have any questions, or if you would like more information on how to get involved in the Federation’s advocacy, please don’t hesitate to contact Hannah Paveck, Lead, Policy, at email@example.com.
We look forward to connecting with your association’s members at the Forum.
