The successful candidate will fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Instruct first year courses in Composition and Literary Analysis
- Teach and develop curriculum for junior and senior English courses
- Demonstrate commitment to professional development and scholarship
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ph.D. (or near completion)Post secondary teaching experience is an asset

The Department of Humanities and Social Sciences spans multiple disciplines from Anthropology to Sociology, and emphasizes critical thinking, in-depth research and creativity. The Department has a strong University Transfer program and a collaborative BA degree with the University of Calgary with majors in English, Psychology, and Sociology.
