What you’ll do

The Department of Women’s and Gender Studies seeks to fill Non-Regular Faculty (sessional) positions for Fall 2024. The successful candidate(s) will be able to teach the following courses:

WGST 100-01: Introduction to Women’s Studies (in-person, Wednesdays from 11:30-14:30) WGST 100-02: Introduction to Women’s Studies (in-person, Wednesdays from 14:30-17:30) WGST 111-01: Introduction to Gender Studies (in-person, Tuesdays from 8:30-11:30)

There may be the opportunity to teach additional courses in future semesters.

Scholars in all fields of Women’s and Gender Studies will be meaningfully considered. What you’ll bring

A Ph.D. in Women’s and Gender Studies (or a closely related discipline) is preferred. A Master’s degree in Women’s and Gender Studies (or a closely related discipline) with a background in post- secondary teaching is the minimum requirement.

Salary Information: $9,420 per instructional section
