Job: Assistant Professor w/out review, 2-year term, 19thC studies (UBC; deadline: 6 April 2019)

The Department of English Language and Literatures at the University of British Columbia seeks to appoint an Assistant Professor Without Review, for a period of 2 years, in nineteenth-century studies. Ability to teach Romantic and/ or eighteenth century literature will be an asset. 

Applicants must have a PhD (or provide solid indication of imminent completion), publications, and experience teaching at the post-secondary level; they are expected to provide strong evidence of active and excellent research, and demonstrate a record of, or potential for, high quality teaching.
