Cfp for session proposals (panel, seminar, roundtable, creative session) for the 2015 conference.
2014 NeMLA membership is required to propose a session, which is separate from 2015 Convention fees.
The deadline for session proposals is April 22, 2014. The online proposal form will be available mid-March at http://www.nemla.org. Please note that this is a call for session topics only.
NeMLA does not accept pre-formed panels.
The full Call for Papers for approved sessions will be available online in June. The abstract deadline for individual papers will be September 30, 2014.
The cfp is open to all topics that reflect the research interests of NeMLA’s membership.
For 2015, NeMLA particularly welcomes proposals on the following topics:
– digital humanities
– urban ecology/the city
– poetry/the word
-visual cultures/photography and language
