Assistant Professor, World Literatures

The Department of English at the Royal Military College of Canada invites applications for a full-time continuing position in World Literatures; a secondary area of teaching expertise is an asset. The appointment will be at the rank of Assistant Professor and, subject to budgetary approval, will begin August 2018.
Candidates must have a PhD in English, a strong record of research, and a demonstrated ability and interest in teaching at all undergraduate levels. The successful candidate will teach introductory English courses in the core program as well as senior courses in World Literatures while maintaining an active research record and contributing to the service needs of the department and the university.
