ACCUTE Board Members attending meetings at ACCUTE 2026 are eligible to claim support for travel and accommodation expenses that are not covered by other travel fund sources. Claimants must fill out this form and submit it with original receipts or electronic receipts. Keep copies of your receipts for your own purposes. Accommodation expenses are reimbursed only up to the amount of a regular residence room at the host university ($100.00 per day) for the number of nights a member is in attendance. Please note that meals, taxis, registration fees, checked bags, seat selection, etc. will not be reimbursed.
