You should receive an email acknowledgment from the ACCUTE office within a few days of making your submission. At this time, we may ask for any information that was missing from the submission. If all is complete, the proposal will be anonymized and sent for vetting after the November 15th deadline. ACCUTE will send notifications of acceptances and rejections no later than February. Quality peer review is important to maintain both the strength and reputation of our conference, and the vetting process can take some time, especially when proposals are sent on for external review to ACCUTE members in the field. Moreover, all papers must find a place, at least tentatively, on a panel in order to be accepted.
