How are papers vetted for a Joint-Sponsored Panel?

The ACCUTE office anonymizes all submissions then distributes them for blind vetting. Submissions for Joint-Sponsored Panels are vetted by the organizer from the sponsoring association, according to whatever methods that group customarily uses. The sponsoring association is responsible for putting together the panel and forwarding the names of the panelists to the ACCUTE office.  We do ask that panel organizers keep ACCUTE’s vetting guidelines in mind.

Proposals that have not been selected for the panel may still end up on the programme, as they will be entered into the General Call for Papers and will be vetted by a member of the ACCUTE Board and/or an ACCUTE member in the field.
