THE ANGLE: SPRING 2022

In the Spring 2022 issue of The Angle , you’ll find ACCUTE President Gregory Betts’s meditation on hybridity as it relates to our upcoming Conference 2022 in Montreal/ Tiohtiá:ke from 13-15 May, which can be accessed both virtually and IRL. We’ve included our Draft Conference Program (also available online at our Conference Registration Site), as well as instructions for accessing the Virtual Lobby (open starting 13 April) and other conference events.

The Angle: Spring 2022 includes a feature interview with award-winning poet and artist Kaie Kellough, who is our Saturday Evening “Thinking Space” keynote speaker, and poetry by Steve McCaffery and Farah Ghafoor, a University of Toronto Scarborough student and winner of the inaugural 1PEN Creative Writing Contest. Eric Schmaltz, Writer-on-the-Grounds of Glendon College, has contributed an article about the new Creative Writing micro-credential at that campus, and CWC Board Liaison Shazia Hafiz Ramji has penned an important message about the Creative Writing Collective and their upcoming elections. We also share the recent accomplishments and publications of our ACCUTE colleagues in our Member News.
